You don't need to be an expert to use it: it brings together real-time prices from three markets — cryptocurrencies, commodities (gold, silver, and other metals), and stocks of major companies — explained simply, without unnecessary jargon.
The price is the latest available quote. The 1h, 24h and 7d columns show the percentage change over those periods. The Momentum column summarizes whether those changes point in the same direction (up or down) or contradict each other — it's a read of the recent trend, not a prediction of what happens next.
